Thanks for using Deluxe Transportation Group LLC. These Terms and conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”) are a legal agreement between Deluxe Transportation Group LLC  (referred to herein as ” Deluxe Transportation Group LLC,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and you, the client, on behalf of yourself and the user, customer or supplier (herein referred to as “you” “client” or “your”) for which you are booking our services. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other organization or end user, you hereby represent and warrant that you are authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of such company, other organization or end user (“Authorized User”). You (the client ) are responsible for making sure that every important detail on your confirmation is correct and notifying us of any necessary corrections to be made. Please note: Do NOT email or text cancelations or changes with less than 24 BUSINESS hrs notice, please contact us by phone call. If you need to contact our office after hours regarding your reservation, you may reach our after hours line at 816-787-0783. Please note: the After Hours line is for modifications to or communication regarding existing reservations only, no new reservations may be booked or confirmed on this line. This reservation price does not automatically include gratuity for your driver. Gratuity can be rendered at time of payment to your invoice or directly to your driver at the completion of your trip. Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to receive 100% refund less the non refundable deposit fee, Reservations canceled 24-36 hours  in advance will receive 50% refund, Any reservation that is canceled less than 24 hours in advance will NOT receive a refund. |  All passengers must be ready to depart no more than fifteen (15) minutes after the scheduled pickup time. If all passengers are not in the vehicle fifteen (15) mins after the scheduled pick up time, the booking client will be billed an additional $100 per hour broken up in fifteen (15) minute increments( $25/every fifteen (15) minutes). Billing time will commence after the fifteen (15) minute grace period. If your reservation is a airport pickup, your driver must be able to make contact with you no more than twenty (20) minutes after your plane has officially arrived at the designated gate.If no contact is made 20 minutes after we have verified your flight arrival, wait time billing will commence. All wait time Billing will conclude one (1) hour after the designated grace periods at which the booking will be classified as a NO SHOW and no refunds will be given. Your driver as well as the dispatcher will always attempt to contact and locate you for at least one (1) hour (+applicable grace periods) after the scheduled pickup time. At that time, if NO contact is made with the client, Such reservations will be classified as a “No Show.” If your reservation results in a No Show status and the procedures outlined in these terms are not followed, in addition to the $100 wait charge, the client will be subject to a new trip charge plus any applicable fee’s when rescheduling. | If we dispatch a driver and vehicle and your reservation results in a NO SHOW status as a result of incorrect trip information (i.e pickup time, pickup date, location, vehicle type etc), The client will NOT receive a refund and if we are not able to contact the client wait time billing may be assessed. If the client needs to reschedule their trip, the client will be billed an ADDITIONAL full trip charge plus any applicable fee’s. | Additional stops and passengers must be approved and price quoted prior to pickup date. Unapproved additional stops or passengers will not be permitted.  | SUVs are limited to four (4) large suitcases and four (4) carry-on cases or bags. Sedans are limited to four (4) suitcases or bags total.  | SUVs are  limited to 6 passengers and Sedans are limited to 3 passengers. All passengers consuming wine must be 21 years of age or older and must provide valid ID to the driver prior to departure.  | Deluxe Transportation Group is not liable for any items left behind by passengers. If an item needs to be returned, it is the clients responsibility to contact our office to retrieve it. If the driver has to deliver an item that was left behind, the billing contact will be charged a fee equal to or greater than the reservation price. All deposits are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on transfer and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. If the client does not wish to reschedule a time, a refund for that reservation will be issued. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the reservation by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 will be charged for (each) carpet or seat burn. A sanitation fee of 250.00 will be charged for any passenger that gets sick while in vehicle or any passenger that excessively spills beverages or snacks. Alcohol Consumption (except wine provided by company) and drug use is prohibited in company vehicles by law. Any fines that occur as a result of any passengers, will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the reservation without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our vehicles. A $250 sanitation fee will be billed to the payment method on file for any smoking policy violations by the client or any member of the clients party. | In NO event shall Deluxe Transportation Group LLC be liable to the Customer or any authorized user, or be deemed to have breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement, if and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by any circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, flood, Blizzard, Ice, Inclement weather, traffic accidents, detours, closures, airline delays or cancelations, fire, earthquake, explosion, war, terrorism, invasion, riot or other civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, contractor difficulties, or other industrial disturbances, or passage of law or any action taken by a governmental or public authority, including imposing an embargo. In this event, clients may still be subject to Deluxe Transportation Group LLC cancelation policy and will be responsible for rescheduling their reservation if they so choose (pending company availability).| All Deluxe Transportation Group LLC vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking devices as well as road/in cabin facing safety cameras that have audio recording enabled. By entering any Deluxe Transportation Group LLC vehicle or any affiliate partner of Deluxe Transportation Group LLC, “you” and “your guests” consent to our in car safety audio and video recordings. Please refer to our “Privacy Policy” for more information on our vehicle camera policy. | by officially booking a reservation with Deluxe Transportation Group LLC, you consent to us sending notifications, updates and other correspondence via text messages, phone calls and emails to the phone number and email address provided on your reservation form.You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we send you electronically or verbally by phone will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing or on a monitored and recorded line. You agree to keep your contact information up to date, and to monitor your email/phone settings to ensure that you receive emails, phone calls and text messages from us as necessary to execute your services or communicate of any changes. | Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. If violations occur and applicable fees are enforced per these terms, all fees will be charged to the billing contact’s payment method used when booking this reservation. | We may amend our Terms at any time by publishing revised Terms on our Website and/or by sending a modified confirmation email to the address that was provided to us. These Terms are current as of the date set forth above referred to as “Latest Update”. You the client are bound to the terms that were outlined and acknowledged before you submitted payment on your most recent official booking. If any changes are made to these Terms, we will post them on this website page: https://deluxetransports.com/terms/, so please be sure to check back periodically. If you conduct any new transactions with Deluxe Transportation Group LLC after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised Terms and Conditions. Therefore, it is important for you to periodically review our Terms to make sure you agree to them for any future transactions. Deluxe Transportation Group LLC reserves the right to change any and all features of our Services, policies and terms, at any time, without notice..THIS AGREEMENT SUPERSEDES ANY AND ALL OTHER AGREEMENTS EITHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, BETWEEN THE BOOKING CLIENT AND DELUXE TRANSPORTATION GROUP LLC. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS ALL COVENANTS, TERMS, CONDITIONS AND AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE PARTIES FOR THE RENDERING OF THE ABOVE LISTED SERVICES. IN THE EVENT LEGAL ACTION IS PURSUED, THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED AND INTERPRETED ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI AND IN THE COUNTY OF JACKSON COUNTY. BY SUBMITTING YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION AS WELL AS YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION AND OFFICIALLY BOOKING A RESERVATION WITH DELUXE TRANSPORTATION GROUP LLC ; WHETHER THROUGH OUR ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM OR OVER THE PHONE OR EMAIL WITH ONE OF OUR COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES, YOU THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE TERMS IN THIS AGREEMENT FOR THE CURRENT TRANSACATION AND ANY FUTURE TRANSACTIONS. SUCH ACTIONS WILL ALSO BE ACCEPTED AS THE BINDING SIGNATORY FOR THIS AGREEMENT AND SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE THE SAME AS AN ORIGINAL HARDCOPY SIGNATURE FOR ALL PURPOSES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT AND AT LAW
