Excellent Transportation Service!! The whole experience was Top Notch! Our driver Otto was professional and courteous. The car was clean and very nice. The office staff was great to work with! Customer service could not be any better! Highly recommend!

Fred was outstanding. My husband and I had a point-to-point transfer. Fred was prompt and very communicative. The car was immaculate and the ride was smooth and safe. Dionne, in the office, was fantastic to work with as well. She was very communicative and helpful with setting up the transfer. Would recommend Deluxe to anyone!

Good evening, I would like to thank Deluxe Transportation Group for services on 6/25/22 for my sons wedding. Passengers were my son, soon to be daughter in law and my granddaughter Lyrik who was in the 1st car pickup with Mr. Dion. She came to me and said the car was very nice she loved the ride and the drinks and snacks, she also loved the sign made for them so thank you very much. The 2nd pickup was also wonderful with Mr. Fred we have no complaints. Both were prompt and I mean prompt, patient and personable. Thank you all for everything

Deluxe Transportation was awesome! I needed to coordinate a ride for 11 ladies to enjoy a friend’s birthday celebration. The operators were friendly and accommodating in booking our departure and return. Our drivers were prompt, kept us informed of their arrival, and were very friendly (and patient with our rowdy bunch)! Highly recommend. DTG-KC, thanks again for a great experience.

Setting up the drive was fast and easy. My driver Otto was great. Opened the door for me and took care of storing my luggage in the trunk. He was early and personable. Had great conversation. We got to our destination swiftly. I would highly recommend this company. It’s fast and convenient with their 24/7 service.
