We have a variety of fleet vehicles to meet your transportation needs including: full size SUV’s , Sedans, Sprinter vans and stretched limos and more!

We offer a wide variety of services that are able to be tailored to you specific transportation needs. Our most popular services include: airport car service, hourly park and wait car service, point to point car service, wedding and event car service.

Your driver will contact you by phone when they arrive to let you know their location. For airport pickups, the driver will await at the bottom of the exiting escalator with your name on a greeting sign.

Credit/Debit card information will be collected at the time of booking. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be authorized to the card to hold reservations on our calendar. This deposit does go toward your reservation balance. We will release the authorization and charge the full amount for your trip two (2) business days before your scheduled pickup.

Your reservation price does NOT include gratuity for your driver. Gratuity can be added to your invoice or rendered to your driver directly in cash or electronically. We like to leave that option up to the client for a more personal touch.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside our vehicles. Open container alcohol consumption is prohibited unless its wine or champagne provided by the company. If a client wishes to consume an alcoholic beverage or any beverage other than water, the beverage needs to be stored and consumed in a cup or bottle with a lid.

All hourly park and hold reservations have a minimum booking time of two (2) hours. All events at the Truman sports complex (arrowhead & kauffman) have a minimum booking time of six (6) hours unless otherwise stated by the company. Proms, weddings, concerts and other special event reservations may also be subject to hourly minimums.

No. For liability reasons and insurance restrictions, the company can NOT provide or install any child seats for a client. Clients are more than welcome to bring their own car seats but they will have to be installed by the client themselves.

Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to receive 100% refund less the non refundable deposit fee, Reservations canceled 24-36 hoursĀ  in advance will receive 50% refund, Any reservation that is canceled less than 24 hours in advance will NOT receive a refund. Weather cancelations are evaluated on a case by case basis. In some cases a trip credit may be issued for reservations not eligible for refund. Trip credits are awarded on a case by case basis.

NO, the reservation must be reviewed for availability and accuracy. Once approved, you will receive an email indicating your reservation was “Accepted.” If we are unable to provide service, you will receive a decline message. We will never leave a trip request sitting dormant with no communication.

We currently do not have in house ADA accessible vehicles, however we can get clients access to those vehicles.

We ONLY Accept a credit or debit card as a form of payment. We accept all major debit or credit cardsĀ
